She has years of senior executive experience in British Airways (globally and in South Africa), plus over 3 years at Woolworths, South Africa, formulating and implementing the Woolworths Customer Strategy.

Amanda is at the forefront in this field in South Africa and internationally.

Executive Coaching & Leadership

In addition to being an expert in Customer strategy and strategic marketing, Amanda is a certified and experienced Executive Coach who has been coaching since 2006.

She is trained and qualified through Results Coaching Systems, one of the most internationally established and recognised coaching organisations, started in 1998.

She has an absolute passion for people leadership and is continuously recognized as such. She received the British Airways’ CEO’s “Award for Excellence” in Leadership.

Amanda is eminently positioned to coach executives in all disciplines having operated as a senior executive herself within major blue chip organisations.

The combination of first hand executive experiences, her passion for leadership and her professional coaching training is producing amazing results with her clients.

Amanda’s previous roles include Executive Head of Customer at Woolworths South Africa, and senior roles at British Airways – globally and in South Africa. These include heading up British Airways’ Direct sales organisation (web, retail, call centre and tour operator sales), General Manager BA South Africa and Area Marketing Manager for Africa, Middle East & India.

She has a first class honours degree in Business and French, from Loughborough University, UK. She moved to live in Cape Town, South Africa in 2005.
